Thus far everything feels like it's been kinda rushed and forced... I also completely hate this 1920s feel as well as they breakdown of the unique things in the world. For instance in The Last Airbender metal bending was literally just created by Toph not 70 years ago and now every other asshole can do it. The same goes for lightning, it was alluded to that only the most savant fire benders could do it, which is why it seemed only the royal family could... but again every asshole can do it. This again happens with Chi-blocking, which was clearly not something everyone could. It feels like they took a great fantasy world and stripped away half the magic and replaced it with magical steampunk crap. This reminds me of that line in The Incredibles; "When everyone is special... no one will be."

I hope it gets better because the combination of these two makes me just want to stop watching. Also that part where they ask about Zukos mother and then zonk it... infuriating.

If you never watched Avatar: The Last Airbender and you like anime or good shows in general you should watch it.
